New Look, New Menu, Still Tasty

We are back with a brand new look and fresh new menu

After closing for 3 days many people didn't think it was possible to re-decorate and completely change the look and feel of our cafe in such a short space of time. With the help of some paid help and a few willing volunteers we think we've managed to pull it off.

Massive thanks to Linda and Ralph for helping us with the decorating, to Phil, who has done an amazing job with the shopfitting and installation of all the new stuff and to Rebecca for staying up late again after working all day to help install the new vinyls.

An enormous thank you also goes out to Julie and Chris at Oakwood Vintage   for helping and guiding us through the shop re design  as well as supplying us with some amazing chairs and a beautiful gallery wall. Thanks also to Ian at ApplesYard who has supplied us with our amazing array of industrial lamps and lights which make such a difference feel of the cafe. Finally thanks to Nick at TrampsUK for our new/old reclaimed tin tiles which make the counter a real centrepiece.

Here's to a great future at Tasty Kitchen  & Coffee, we really hope you can all be a part of it.

After a great summer of Tasty BBQs in 2015 we are now taking bookings for 2016.

We provide a full BBQ service and our experience will mean you don't have to worry about a thing when arranging your party, we even bring great weather with us*

Last year we catered for exam results celebrations, 30th, 40th, 50th & 60th birthdays, christening & naming ceremonies, we even catered for all the the DJs backstage at the Relentless Arena at Leeds Festival!

We love what we do and hope that shows when we cater for your event, so please get in touch and we can discuss your options.

(*OK we might be stretching the truth about the weather, however it did rain at only one of our BBQs last summer)

Oakwood Day

We are getting ready to celebrate the return of Oakwood Clock after its refurbishment. The clock itself will be returning in the next few weeks with the grand unveiling taking place on Oakwood Day - Saturday 2nd May.

There will be live music, food and craft stalls with a licensed bar provided by Preston Bar. In the evening we will have a special clock related family cinema experience.
